Automobile Engine
With nearly 60 years of engine manufacturing experience, it covers GB6 engines with 1.0L~ 2.0L displacement.
NEP platform engine is a new energy vehicle power platform specially set up for extended-range electric vehicles.
It mainly produces engine 3C parts such as gasoline engine block blank, cylinder head blank and crankshaft blank.
R&D capacity
Wuling Liuji has an autonomous region level R&D center and 180 experienced R&D experters which jointly safeguard product development and quality.
The powertrain products are developed according to the international standard procedure that can effectively guarantee the development quality, control risks and increase the efficiency.
With latest design and analysis tools, Wuling Liuji is capable of engine development & design and complete vehicle integration.
Wuling Liuji is also strong in development and design of engine and engine controllers for new energy vehicles and complete vehicle integration.
The 14 engine test benches, including 3 AVL high precision benches and 11 dynamometry endurance benches, are suitable for testing of 15~180kW gasoline engines. They feature engine bench calibration, NVH testing and endurance test of various standards, which can meet the customers’ requirements for different testing standards.

The new laboratory for powertrain testing of new energy vehicles has 2 hybrid powertrain test benches (including an AVL four drive stand), one complete vehicle drum emission test bench and other advanced R&D and testing devices. It can fulfill the requests for powertrain testing and verification of parts and complete vehicle integration for the new energy vehicles.

Production capacity
Wuling Liuji (including Yanghe plant) has 50,000 tons (about 1.25 million pieces) black casting capacity & 6,000 tons (about 0.5 million pieces) of non-ferrous casting capacity.
Wuling Liuji has an annual machining capacity of 500,000 engine cylinder / cylinder head, suitable for various types of vehicles.
Wuling Liuji has an annual assembly capacity of 800,000 traditional engines. It strives to promote the transformation of "flexibility, automation, informatization and intelligence" and build an intelligent factory with own brand automobile engine enterprises in Guangxi.
Wuling Liuji has the assembly capacity of 100,000 new energy motors, which can realize the flexible and compatible production of multiple models.
